We try to avoid MSG (monosodium glutamate) as much as possible in our cooking. We do not prepare or serve reef fish, lobster, pork, dog or bush meat.
For breakfast you can have homemade bread and toast, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes and nasi goreng.
The local dishes for lunch and dinner can be adjusted to the taste of guests who are not used to spicy food. Apart from rice we usually also serve french fries or pasta for dinner. If you don’t like meat or fish, there are plenty of vegetarian dishes.
Most evenings, the guests have dinner together with Rob and Linda. This is also the time of day to get to know other guests and to discuss the next day’s schedule. After dinner, we review the dives of that day with the dive guides, identify creatures in the guide books, play a game or just sit with a cold beer. |
