Our bungalows offer you comfort, privacy and an astonishing view over jungle, mountains and sea. This part of Lembeh Island is barely inhabited. The bungalows are situated on a slope of a small ridge and all have a private access path. From your terrace, you can’t see neighboring bungalows, thus guaranteeing your privacy. Instead, there is a great view of coconut trees across the bay and the Klabat volcano. In short, your private piece of paradise. |
Three of our bungalows are made from bricks and plastered walls, with a tiled floor and wooden ceiling. They measure a spacious 4.5 by 5.5 metres. They are furnished with two single beds, which easily can be moved to make a double bed. The two other bungalows are made from wood and are an example of the traditional local woodcraft, with wooden walls, ceiling and floor. They measure 4.0 by 4.0 metres and are furnished with double beds. All bungalows also have chairs, tables and a wardrobe. |
All bungalows have an ensuite bathroom equipped with a western toilet, washbasin with a spacious vanity top and a hot and cold water shower. Our hot water facility is generated by solar heating. The bungalows are well ventilated and have fly wire screens, so mosquito nets are not needed.
Because the bungalows are on a ridge surrounded by the sea, cool breezes are common. However, when there are no breezes, a fan provides relief. |
